Guest Speakers: Drayton Saunders & Tania Castroverde Moskalenko

Tania Castroverde Moskalenko is the Chief Executive Officer of the Sarasota Performing Arts Foundation, where she leads efforts to advance the vision for a new Sarasota Performing Arts Center at The Bay. With over 20 years of experience leading major arts and cultural institutions, she has held executive roles with Miami City Ballet, Chicago’s Auditorium Theatre, and the Center for the Performing Arts in Indiana.

At Miami City Ballet, she oversaw a $24 million budget, completed a $65 million capital campaign, and launched the organization’s first DEI strategy. A native of Havana, Cuba, raised in Miami, Tania holds a BFA from the University of Memphis, an MA in Philanthropy from Indiana University, and executive certifications from Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School.
