Daily activities in your Community Association create the opportunity for claims to emerge: a roof is being installed incorrectly, a guest trips and falls at the pool, an owner modifies a portion of the common elements, an owner fails to pay their assessment, or a storm causes property damage. Which incident might end up in court is unpredictable. Consequently, it is necessary to proceed as if every incident might be the one.
